Return and refund policy

At Sweet Lashes , your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer you the possibility to return your items under certain conditions.

1. Return conditions

  • You have 14 days after receiving your order to request a return.

  • Items must be new, unused and in their original packaging .

  • For hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned .

2. Return Procedure

  1. Contact us at contact@sweetlashes.co stating your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. We will provide you with the return address and instructions to follow.

  3. Once your return has been received and inspected, we will inform you of its approval or rejection.

3. Refunds

  • If your return is accepted, a refund will be issued within 5 to 10 business days via your original payment method.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer , except in the case of a defective product or an error on our part.

4. Exchanges

We do not offer standard exchanges. If you would like a different product, you will need to return the item and place a new order.

5. Damaged or incorrect products

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos. We will cover the return shipping costs and send you a replacement or a full refund.
